The Engine is rooted in Alt/Hard Rock with tastes of Pop and Jazz. The band features a two-piece horn section that elevates the rock band status quo to a full sonic experience. Fronted by an eclectic and powerful vocalist, the group supports with vocal harmonies that put the cherry on top.

Roughly speaking, Hellbent Engine sounds as if “Foo Fighters” and “Thornley” had a “Chicago” baby. 

The music is fun and accessible for all ages, reaches laymen and nerds alike, and can be heavy enough for the headbangers should the gig call for it.
